Applications for the Knights of Columbus Scholarship can be downloaded here.  Applicants must currently be in grades 4-7 to be considered.  Considerations for this scholarship will include the applicant's grade point average, extracurricular activities, and school recommendation.  Preference is given to relatives of active or deceased Knights of Columbus.  Students in the lower grades without a GPA are not eligible to apply.  Applications must be submitted to Our Lady of Mount Carmel School office by April 1st.
