Volunteer Hours

Parent and family involvement contribute to the intimate atmosphere and overall success of the school activities. The Parent Guild provides leadership for these activities and oversees traditional fundraisers that enrich the curricular and co-curricular programs at Our Lady of Mount Carmel School.  Each family is required to volunteer 30 hours of service to the school, with 5 hours being specifically devoted to helping with our annual auction.  Please report service hours directly to our Volunteer Coordinator, Mrs. Brenda Nielsen, at brenda.nielsen@gmail.com.   Your email must include the following: Family Name; Student Name; Chairperson/Committee Name; Date; # of hours worked.  Families will receive an accounting of their hours each January, at which time any unfulfilled auction hours will be billed.  All remaining hours must be completed by April 30th.
