Our Lady of Mount Carmel School offers a balanced curriculum aligned with the Common Core State Standards and Archdiocesan Guidelines. Music, fine arts programs, and technology integration enhance the core academic curriculum. The teaching and incorporation of the Catholic faith and Christian values are at the core of the curriculum. A vibrant Christian Service program is offered in age-appropriate ways.

Students thrive both inside and outside the classroom. From engaging clubs and arts programs to competitive sports teams, we believe in nurturing diverse interests that help students discover their passions. By emphasizing faith, character development, and a balanced approach to academics and extracurriculars, we foster a supportive environment where every student can flourish.

Learning is celebrated and honored throughout the school year. There are regular presentations at morning assembly to highlight the academic achievements of the students while the spelling bee and participation in the county Math Super Bowl challenge the competitive spirit of the students. The school encourages all students to participate in community-sponsored contests and events.

There are various extracurricular activities offered, including a year-round sports program, an active Student Council program, and school choir. Seasonal choral presentations are a trademark, with student choirs lending their talents to school Masses and the community at large. Extended Day care is available after regular school hours.
